If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on MyCreatifs.com may be returned.

Yes! We do not test any of our products on animals.

We make decisions based on what people are buying and loving. We also understand that discontinued products are not easy to replace. 8. When does my product expire?
Depending on the product, you can look for the expiration date on the side of the jar, bottle, or tube, or find the PAO (period after opening) symbol on the product. The first two numbers show the month and the last four show the year of expiration. All of our products should be stored in a cool, dark place.
