A signature may be required upon delivery for 2 nd Day shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout”.

At this time, MyCreatifs.com is unable to ship to more than one address within a single order. Please place a separate order for each designated shipping address and make sure to verify that the address details are accurate to avoid any errors or delays in shipping.

This is because they are subject to certain rules and regulations from the government agencies that oversee the transportation of these items. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
• You can ship most items to P.O. Boxes, but some products have shipping restrictions. Please see our Shipping Restrictions page for more details.
• If you choose Standard Shipping, your order will be delivered to your P.O. Box within 6-14 business days of the order’s ship date.
• Please note that we cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes by 2nd Day Shipping methods.
Shipping to International Locations
• We regret to inform you that we are not able to process orders that are billed or shipped to addresses outside of the United States at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
RETURN POLICY.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy. We accept returns for products purchased from MyCreatifs.com, and all returns are inspected upon arrival. Products must be returned in new condition and within 30 days from date of purchase. Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s). Please note: Items noted as final sale or non-returnable, are not eligible for exchange or return. Cosmétiques Créatifs monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, or in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.
*Refunds for returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of Cosmétiques Créatifs.
For items returned within our return policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on MyCreatifs.com may be returned.

3. Pack It
Carefully pack your items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
4. Ship It
Full instructions are included in the return label email.

DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately for assistance via email at returns@mycreatifs.com. If you are unable to retain the contents due to the extent of damage, handle with care to take a photo of damaged item(s), and then safely discard the damaged contents.
Note: Cosmétiques Créatifs monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong or damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipping carton). Cosmétiques Créatifs reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
